Pennsylvania Payroll Statewide Conference - Cancellation Policy

If you have registered for the 2025 Pennsylvania Statewide Conference and are unable to attend, the conference fee is refundable, less a $50 administrative fee, prior to September 5, 2025.  

Substitute attendees are allowed and encouraged.

Since we must commit to the the hotel no refund will be issued after September 5, 2025.
 

Admission Policy

Admission to class sessions, meals, and the Exhibitor Hall will be strictly by badge.  As such, children and/or spouses will not be admitted to any sessions or meals unless they have a badge.
